LPF
LPF 是香港的有限合夥基金，根據《有限合夥基金條例》在公司註冊處註冊。常見於私募、基建與產業項目：普通合夥人負責管理，合夥人共同出資。
An LPF is Hong Kong's limited partnership fund, registered with the Companies Registry under the Limited Partnership Fund Ordinance. It is a usual structure for private equity, infrastructure construction and industrial projects: a General Partner manages, partners commit capital.
